Who provides Petal You

Petal You is provided by PetalYou LLC, 4539 N 22nd St, Ste R, Phoenix, AZ 85016. Questions about these Terms: support@petalyou.com.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Petal You account. If you are under 18, you may use Petal You only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases. Account holders are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials confidential, and activity performed through their account.

Using Petal You

Petal You lets account holders create, purchase, schedule, send, and share digital cards and invitations. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. Sender names, card messages, and invitation titles and notes are checked automatically; links, email addresses and text that looks like a scam or a threat can’t be sent and may be removed before delivery.

Prices and payment

Current prices are shown on the Pricing page, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Photo cards are free. Petal You video cards are $0.99. DIY video cards are $0.99 for videos up to 30 seconds and $2.99 for 31–60 seconds. Invitations are priced by media type and number of recipients. Paid features are unlocked only after the payment provider confirms payment. We may change prices for future orders; changes do not affect orders already placed.

Free sends and Free Card of the Month

Limits

Petal You and DIY cards are sent to one recipient each. Invitations can be sent to up to 20 recipients. DIY videos can be up to 60 seconds; uploads are limited to 10 MB for photos and 50 MB for videos. Deliveries can be scheduled from at least 10 minutes to up to 3 months in advance.

Recipient information

If you provide another person's email address or mobile number, you represent that you have a lawful basis and appropriate permission to use that contact information for the requested delivery. Recipient contact information may not be used for unauthorized bulk messaging, harassment, or marketing.

Scheduling, delivery and cancellation

A scheduled time is a requested send time, not a guarantee of exact receipt. Email, SMS, mobile carriers, networks, spam filtering, and other third-party systems may delay or prevent delivery. You can cancel a scheduled delivery from My Petal before it is sent. Cancelled paid cards are refunded as described in the Refund Policy.

Recipient links and downloads

Recipients view cards and invitations through private links that expire after 100 days by default. Senders can disable a link at any time. Recipients may download a shareable copy of Petal You cards; for DIY cards, the sender chooses whether downloads are allowed. Invitations cannot be downloaded.

User content and license

You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide. You grant Petal You a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, scan, transcode, display, transmit, and deliver that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you submit.

Petal You designs

Petal You card designs, artwork and videos remain the property of Petal You or its licensors. Senders and recipients may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes through the service, including a shareable copy where downloads are allowed.

Copyright and complaints

Petal You may remove or disable access to content in response to valid copyright complaints and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. See the Copyright / DMCA page.

Abuse and enforcement

Petal You may restrict accounts, cancel pending deliveries, disable recipient links, remove content, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or the service, or comply with law.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Payment-provider disputes and chargebacks may be handled through the applicable payment provider.

Privacy

How we handle personal information, including recipient contact details, is described in the Privacy Policy.

Service changes and availability

Features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
